Doctpro is a healthcare networking platform that connects healthcare professionals, hospitals, brands, and aspiring medical talent. Our Services include professional networking, job search and recruitment, content creation, and healthcare brand promotion. Doctpro is NOT a medical advice service, telemedicine platform, or patient management system.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at admin@doctpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Doctpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree NOT to use Doctpro to:
You retain ownership of content you post on Doctpro. By posting, you grant Doctpro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform. Doctpro's logo, brand, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.
Job listings on Doctpro must be genuine and accurate. Employers are responsible for ensuring their job postings comply with all applicable employment laws. Doctpro does not guarantee employment and is not responsible for the hiring decisions of third parties.
Your use of Doctpro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).
Doctpro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all professional profiles are verified unless explicitly stated. Always verify credentials independently for critical healthcare decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doctpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, reputation, or data.
Doctpro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.
